Natasha Wisewould — This week, Nartarsha leads us in our Healing Service, focussing on hearing the close, intimate whisper of God's voice. A whisper requires leaning in close, so you can hear. It is an intimate method of communication and it is more breath than sound. Every time God speaks, His breath is released. His breath imparts life, so within his voice is the power to accomplish what He says. God is inviting us to quieten ourselves to hear His voice and silence all the noise. God is calling us to come apart from all the usual noise to hear His voice.
Maurice Benington — This week Maurice shares a number of stories of Justice highlighting our spiritual formation and biblical justice is for the sake of others, then leading and inviting us to pray for our spiritual prodigals to find their way home.
Maurice Benington — Our formation to Christlikeness is always for the sake of others. Through the life of Jesus, we see love expressed to the poor, marginalised and oppressed—we see a life laid down for the benefit of others. As followers of Jesus, the natural expression of who we are in Him will result in an active engagement with a broken and hurting world. As a community, Stairway has a rich history of pursuing justice locally, nationally and internationally.
